What you will do

Same shop, phone only, and please do it somewhere with poor signal: a train, a basement, a lift. We want to see what our checkout does when the network is unreliable.

What a valid report needs

  1. Attempted the order on a weak connection
  2. Recorded what happened at each step
  3. Attached a screenshot of any error
  4. Said whether you would try again

How it goes

  1. 1  Join. When the last seat is taken, everyone gets the detailed instructions by email and here.
  2. 2  Do the task and send your report with evidence within 10 days.
  3. 3  Kettle reviews within 6 days, or the reward is approved automatically. Approved rewards land in your wallet.
