Find out what happens when strangers use your product
Your friends are polite, your metrics are silent, and user-testing platforms want a subscription. Here you pay a fixed amount per person, only for reports you approve.
What you get
A written report from each person: what they did, in order, what worked, what did not, what confused them. Ticked against a checklist you wrote. With screenshots or PDFs as proof. Not a rating, not a survey, not a video you have to watch: text you can search, quote and act on.
What it costs
- Per person
- The reward you choose (from $2.50) plus a $2.50 platform fee.
- Example
- 10 people × $5 reward = $50 rewards + $25 fees = $75, paid once, up front.
- Not used
- Rewards for rejected or expired seats return to your balance and pay for the next campaign.
- Nothing else
- No subscription, no seats, no minimum, no card on file between campaigns.
What works
- One task per campaign. “Sign up and connect a bank” beats “explore the app”.
- A precise checklist. “Attached a screenshot of the confirmation page” is a criterion; “gave good feedback” is not. You will reject against it, and the appeal process reads it.
- Test credentials in the access details. Coupon codes, demo accounts, invite links. Shown only to participants once the campaign fills.
- A realistic time estimate. People choose by reward per minute. Underestimating gets you rushed reports.
- Five to fifteen people. Enough to see patterns, few enough to read every word.
What you cannot ask for
Real payments with the participant's own money, identity documents, passwords, their personal data beyond what your product normally collects, anything illegal or adult. Campaigns are screened and hidden when they cross the line. The full list is in the terms.
Timeline
Publish today. Most campaigns fill in hours to a few days depending on reward and requirements. Reports arrive within 10 days of filling; you review within 6 days of each. From publish to a full set of reports: typically one to two weeks.
