For startups
- What do I actually receive?
- One written report per person: what they did, what happened, what confused them, with the checklist ticked item by item and screenshots or PDFs attached. You read it in your dashboard and can download the files.
- How much does it cost?
- The reward you set per person (from $2.50) plus a $2.50 platform fee per seat, paid once when you publish. Ten people at $5 cost $75.
- What if nobody joins?
- You can start early with whoever joined (unfilled seats return reward and fee to your balance) or cancel (the reward pool is refunded to your card; the fee is kept). Campaigns with a fair reward and a clear task fill within hours to a few days.
- Can I reject a report?
- Yes, with a written reason of at least 50 characters, within 6 days. The reward returns to your balance. The person may appeal once, and an administrator decides by reading the report, the evidence, your checklist and your reason.
- What if I forget to review?
- After 6 days a report is approved automatically and the reward is paid. You are reminded 48 and 24 hours before.
- Can I ask for something more?
- Once per report you can request more information; the person can add text and files but not change what they sent. The review deadline moves 72 hours later.
- Can I edit a live campaign?
- While recruiting: instructions, checklist, access details and product link. Not the title, summary, category, devices, time, seats or reward. Once filled, only access details, and participants are told.
- Can I choose who joins?
- Not in this version. Joining is first come, first served among verified accounts with a complete profile. You see each person's track record (approved reports and average rating) once they join.
For early users
- How much can I earn?
- Each campaign shows its fixed reward before you join, from $2.50 per task; most sit between $5 and $25 for 10 to 40 minutes.
- When and how am I paid?
- Approved rewards land in your wallet at once. From $20 you can request a payout of your whole available balance; an administrator approves it, usually within two working days, and Stripe sends it to your bank. You need to connect a Stripe account once.
- My country is not supported by Stripe. Can I still take part?
- Yes. You can join campaigns and earn; the money waits in your wallet until Stripe supports your country or you move.
- What if I cannot finish in time?
- Send what you have before the deadline with honest notes; a partial but truthful report is often approved. A seat that expires without a report is not paid, and 3 expiries in 90 days block you from joining for 30 days.
- The startup rejected my report. What now?
- You see their reason. If you believe it is wrong, you can appeal once within 7 days; an administrator reads everything and can overturn the rejection, in which case the reward is paid.
- How many campaigns can I join at once?
- New members can have 5 in progress at once. After 10 approved reports the limit goes away.
- What evidence do I attach?
- Screenshots (JPG or PNG) and PDFs, up to 10 MB each, 10 per report. Images are resized and stripped of location metadata. Only you, the startup and administrators can open them.
Both
- Is there a subscription?
- No. Startups pay per campaign; early users pay nothing.
- What is forbidden?
- Tasks that involve the participant's own money, identity documents, passwords, sensitive personal data, or anything illegal or adult. Campaigns are screened and hidden when they cross the line.
- Can one account be both a startup and an early user?
- No. An account has one role, chosen when it is created. Use a different email for the other role.
- Do you use cookies?
- One session cookie when you sign in, nothing else. Analytics are cookieless, so there is no banner.
