Get paid to try things and say what you think
Startups post short tasks with a fixed reward. You do the task, write what happened, attach proof. When the startup approves, the money is yours.
What a task looks like
“Sign up, connect the demo bank and set up a budget. Note every moment of doubt.” Typically 10 to 40 minutes, on a desktop or a phone, with a reward between $2.50 and $25. The page for each campaign shows the checklist your report must cover before you join, so there are no surprises.
What good looks like
- Write as you go, in order. “I clicked X expecting Y, and Z happened” is worth more than a summary.
- Take screenshots of anything odd, and of the checklist moments.
- If something could not be done, say so in the checklist note instead of pretending.
- Send before the deadline. A late report cannot be accepted.
Money
- Rewards
- Fixed per campaign, shown before you join. You get 100% of it; the startup pays the platform fee.
- Wallet
- Approved rewards land in your wallet immediately.
- Payout
- From $20, through Stripe Connect. Connect a Stripe account once; an administrator approves each payout, usually within two working days.
- Countries
- Stripe pays out in about 45 countries. If yours is not one of them you can still take part; your earnings wait in your wallet.
- Taxes
- Rewards are income. Declaring them is your responsibility in your country.
Fair play
You can leave a campaign until it fills; after that you are committed. A missed deadline means no payment, and 3 missed deadlines in 90 days block you for 30 days. A rejected report shows the startup's reason, and you can appeal once to an administrator who reads everything.
Startups rate the people they work with. Detailed, honest reports build a record other startups can see.
